Scope of License Grant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all licenses granted under this Agreement are limited to a field of use to comply with the AVC Standard. Scope of License Grant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all licenses granted under this Agreement are limited to a field of use to comply with the MPEG-4 Visual Standard. No other licenses for any other purpose or use are granted herein.
Scope of License Grant. The License is non-exclusive and extends through out the world including the United States and its territories. Licensor acknowledges that under this License Agreement it does not retain any right to or under the Licensed Product and User Documentation.
Scope of License Grant. Subject to all the terms and limitations of this Agreement, AMBI grants to A&B the perpetual, sole and exclusive, non-transferable, and world-wide rights and licenses, to use AMBI's PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY in developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, using, selling, marketing, or distributing the LICENSED PRODUCTS. Full consideration for this Agreement is provided by the execution of, and continued compliance with, the counterpart A&B License Agreement under which AMBI will receive rights and licenses to A&B's PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY, the rights and licenses granted under the A&B License Agreement having an equivalent annual value to the rights and licenses granted under this Agreement.
Scope of License Grant. You may install the Software, and use the Software on your computer solely for the following purposes depending upon the “License Type” as checked hereunder: Evaluation License: During such evaluation, you may use the software in order to evaluate it for purchase or for demonstration purposes. You may not use the Software, or any results derived thereof, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, other than for evaluation of the Software. Such use is forbidden both during and after the evaluation period unless the software is purchased during or immediately after the License Period. Likewise, unless the software is purchased during or immediately after the License Period, you may not disclose and/or publish results obtained with the Software without the express written permission of QuantumBio. The License Period for the Evaluation License is one (1) month from the Effective Date. Annual License: You are granted a one year, annually renewable, nonexclusive license for concurrent users to install and use the Software for in-house drug research and design purposes only performed at the site(s) listed below under “Site Address(es) for Use of Software.” By “one year, annually renewable” is meant that the initial License Period is one year from the Effective Date and the license will be automatically renewed for successive one year License Periods unless either party terminates the license by notice to the other party. You may use the Software for the License Period, and any results derived there from for the License Period and thereafter, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. During and after the License Period, you may disclose and/or publish results obtained with the Software. Consultancy License: You are granted a consultancy license according to the attached Consultancy Appendix. All other terms noted on this full agreement are in full force.
Scope of License Grant. (for Each Edition)
(1) Evaluation Edition
a. License Term is 60 days. After such 60-day period, this edition automatically becomes Free Edition unless you subscribe to the Lightning Review Standard Edition Subscription Agreement (“Subscription Agreement”).
b. You may not extend the License Term.
c. There is no upper limit of the number of users.
Scope of License Grant. (for Each Edition)
(1) Evaluation Edition
a. License Term is 90 days. After such 90-day period, you may not use this Product unless you subscribe to the Next Design Subscription Agreement (“Subscription Agreement”).
b. There is no upper limit of the number of users.
c. No Technical Support Services described in Section 8 is provided.
(2) Paid Edition
a. You may use this Edition only if you agree to the Subscription Agreement. You may use up to the licensed number of accounts granted by us under the Subscription Agreement.
b. License Term is same as that of the Subscription Agreement. You may not use the Product after the expiration date of the license.
c. You may extend the License Term by extending the term of Subscription Agreement.
Scope of License Grant. 2.1 Subject to all the terms and limitations of this Agreement and subject to any U.S. Government rights, AMBI grants to BIO the sole and exclusive, perpetual, transferable, and world-wide rights and licenses, with the right to sublicense, to use PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY in developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, using, selling, marketing, or distributing the LICENSED PRODUCTS.
2.2 Subject to all the terms and limitations of this Agreement, but without limiting in any way the grant of the rights set forth in Section 2.1, AMBI grants to BIO the non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable rights and licenses, with the right to sublicense, to use the PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY for manufacture of LYSOSTAPHIN PREPARATIONS for use by BIO in research, in the LICENSED PRODUCTS, and for sale to AMBI or its designee.
2.3 AMBI and BIO agree that this Agreement does not include the right of BIO to develop, manufacture, have made, use, sell, or distribute the EXCLUDED PRODUCTS, or to sell LYSOSTAPHIN PREPARATIONS as such except to AMBI or its designee.
2.4 AMBI and BIO further agree that this Agreement does not include the right of BIO to use any of AMBI's copyrights, trademarks, or trade names, in connection with the manufacture, use, sale, or distribution of any of the LICENSED PRODUCTS.
Scope of License Grant. 2.1 Subject to all the terms and limitations of this Agreement, AMBI grants to IC the sole and exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable except as set forth in Section 10.3, and world-wide rights and licenses, with the right to sublicense entities to whom the rights hereunder may be transferred as set forth in Section 10.3, to use AMBI’s PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY in developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, using, selling, marketing, or distributing the LICENSED PRODUCTS.

2.5 AMBI and IC agree that this Agreement does not include the right of IC to develop, manufacture, have made, use, sell, or distribute the EXCLUDED PRODUCTS.
2.6 AMBI and IC agree that this Agreement does not include the right of IC to use any of AMBI’s copyrights, trademarks, or trade names, in connection with the manufacture, use, sale, or distribution of any of the LICENSED PRODUCTS, except as may be set forth in this Agreement.
2.7 AMBI grants to IC an option to become licensed for OPTION PRODUCTS (“Option”) in accordance with the terms of the Option set forth in Exhibit D.
