The supervision shall be provided in the performance of the “220/60/22.9 xX Xxxxx del Chira Substation” Project, which consists of the following: The 220-kV busbar system and yard equipment shall have a double-busbar connection arrangement with transfer switch, consisting of the following installations: • One (1) line cell for the tie to the X.X. Xxxxxxx. • One (1) line cell for the tie to the S.E. Piura Oeste. (1) busbar coupling cell. • One (1) three-phase power transformer, 50-65/50-65/15-19.5 MVA (ONAN-ONAF), 220/60/22.9 kV. (1) transformer cell for the connection to the three-phase power transformer. • For the busbars: three (3) voltage transformers, one per phase, in each one of the substation’s two busbars, “A” and “B.” • Auxiliary systems: protection, control, metering, and communications systems, grounding, auxiliary services, towers and bars, civil works, etc. • Provision of future space: For two (2) line cells. The 60-kV busbar system and yard equipment shall use a double-busbar arrangement with busbar coupler, consisting of the following installations: (1) transformer cell for the connection to the three-phase power transformer. (1) cell for busbar coupler. • One (1) line cell for the tie to the S.E. La Huaca.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.   • Scope of Delegated Responsibilities (a) SELECTION OF ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS. Subject to the provisions of this Section 3.2, the Foreign Custody Manager may place and maintain the Foreign Assets in the care of the Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager in each country listed on Schedule A, as amended from time to time.
