Scope of Work/Services. The Contractor shall provide Photography/ Cinematography/ Videography services for the events of the Studio’s Clients. As requested by the Studio and agreed to by the Contractor, the Contractor will capture high-quality images/ videos in a professional manner in keeping with industry standards. The Contractor agrees to arrive no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start time of each Event as informed by the Studio. Failure by the Contractor to perform the services agreed upon for the event/ assignment shall constitute a material breach of the terms of this Agreement, subjecting the Contractor to monetary damages as a result of the breach, including but not limited to, waiver of the Contractor’s Fee mentioned in this Agreement. Should the Contractor perform the photography/ cinematography/ videography services on the day of the event but fails to deliver the photos/ videos to the Studio for any reason (including, but not limited to, the loss of digital files or other media or the failure of Contractor’s equipment) or should the images/ videos be of a poor quality not within professional standards, such failure to deliver the photos/ videos or perform the services in a professional manner shall constitute a material breach of the terms of this Agreement, subjecting the Contractor to monetary damages as a result of the breach, including but not limited to, full or partial waiver of the Contractor’s Fee for that event, in addition to reimbursement to Studio of any sums that the Studio must refund to the client as a result of Contractor's acts or omissions and/or the costs incurred by Studio to remedy the situation (such as additional editing/colour correction or restoration of damaged or deleted files by a third party company).
Scope of Work/Services. A. Contractor will perform the Work/Services and related tasks as described in the Scope of Work/Services. The Scope of Work/Services is attached hereto and is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Agreement.

Consultant will perform, on an independent contractor basis, the following professional consulting services: All construction material testing, sampling and observation services for the G-PISD Agri Science Center Project (“Project”) as described in the proposed pricing and scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein as part of this Contract, and in coordination with and as requested by the G-PISD Independent Project Architect Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Associates Architects (“Architect”) and the General Contractor (Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx) for the Project.
