Seasonal and Casual Auditions. An audition may be held at any time and in any place deemed reasonable and convenient by Management, the OV Artistic Director and/or Concertmaster and the appropriate Section Principal. The composition of the panel for auditions for Seasonal and Casual Musician positions will be determined by the OV Artistic Director and/or Concertmaster and include either the Section Principal or Associate Principal Musician. The panel members will record their assessment on a prepared form and their recommendation will be reached by conducting a Vote. Success in an assessment for a position as a Seasonal or Casual Musician is not an offer or guarantee of ongoing employment.
