Artistic Director. The Artistic Director, Xxxxx Xxxx, will advise IAYO on the development of the Festival and will work to programme the Festival concerts, assisting each orchestra in the selection of their programme and co-ordinating the overall repertoire for the day. The Artistic Director will also make sure that the length of each programme is in line with requirements and that there are no ‘clashes’ (same piece performed twice at the Festival). It is intended to finalise the programme by October 2011.

Artistic Director. The Artistic Director is responsible for a successful progress and artistic level of the ESMA. As the head of the board of ESMA, he/she is responsible for the concert programs based on suggestions of the academic staff. The Artistic Director approves student nominations for all concert performances. He/she should ensure good communication and work atmosphere among professors and between professors and students. He can make suggestions to the local implementer and organizer about new activities or events of ESMA.
Artistic Director. The Artistic Director shall be approved by the Board of the Corporation and shall serve for a period of time that is mutually agreeable to both the Board and the Artistic Director. The Artistic Director shall have final approval over all musical selections performed by the Corporation. The Artistic Director shall have final approval over all musical performers in the Corporation, and shall perform all other duties normally and commonly associated with the director or conductor of a musical ensemble.
Artistic Director. Only the Artistic Director or one (1) equivalent staff member responsible for the artistic direction of the Theatre may direct productions for his/her Theatre without being subject to the terms of this Clause 42. In the case of Joint Productions with more than two (2) partners, this Clause may apply only to the Artistic Directors or his/her equivalent of the first two (2) Theatres. When an Artistic Director or his/her equivalent directs at any Theatre other than his/her own, except as provided for above, he/she will be subject to the terms of Clause 42. Clause 4211 shall only apply to PACT Theatres. Multiple Assignments No Director shall stage manage the production which he/she is directing. A Director who also functions as a Choreographer of a production which he/she directs must be paid an additional fee equal to fifty (50%) percent of the appropriate Company Category fee for a Choreographer specified in Clause 4304. In the event that dance elements are included in the production which are not intrinsic to its nature and were not envisaged as being required, but their inclusion develops solely at the Directors discretion, this Clause shall not apply.   • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • Executive Director (a) The HMO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the HMO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC HMO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the HMO’s organization, except that the HMO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior review and written approval.

  • Medical Director The Contractor shall employ the services of a Medical Director who is a licensed Indiana Health Care Provider (IHCP) provider board certified in family medicine or internal medicine. If the Medical Director is not board certified in family medicine, they shall be supported by a clinical team with experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, adult medicine and obstetrics/gynecology. The Medical Director shall be dedicated full-time to the Contractor’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. The Medical Director shall oversee the development and implementation of the Contractor’s disease management, case management and care management programs; oversee the development of the Contractor’s clinical practice guidelines; review any potential quality of care problems; oversee the Contractor’s clinical management program and programs that address special needs populations; oversee health screenings; serve as the Contractor’s medical professional interface with the Contractor’s primary medical providers (PMPs) and specialty providers; and direct the Quality Management and Utilization Management programs, including, but not limited to, monitoring, corrective actions and other quality management, utilization management or program integrity activities. The Medical Director, in close coordination with other key staff, is responsible for ensuring that the medical management and quality management components of the Contractor’s operations are in compliance with the terms of the Contract. The Medical Director shall work closely with the Pharmacy Director to ensure compliance with pharmacy-related responsibilities set forth in Section 3.4. The Medical Director shall attend all OMPP quality meetings, including the Quality Strategy Committee meetings. If the Medical Director is unable to attend an OMPP quality meeting, the Medical Director shall designate a representative to take his or her place. Notwithstanding the Medical Director ‘s sending of a representative, the Medical Director shall be responsible for knowing and taking appropriate action on all agenda and action items from all OMPP quality meetings.

The Chairperson will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Committee. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings and shall exercise parliamentary control in accordance with Xxxxxx’s Rules of Order.
