Seasonal Benefits Coverage during Periods of Layoff a) Seasonal employees wishing to participate in the benefit plan during their first year will be eligible to participate in the benefit plan, provided they prepay their benefit premiums (after completing probation) to maintain coverage until the start of their second and subsequent seasons. Prepayment will be non-refundable.
