General Terms and Conditions of Fares (Zero, Light, Plus and Full) a) Flexibility: Route, date and time changes (subject to availability). - For domestic flights, Passengers may change their ticket according to how far in advance they request it with respect to their flight date. If the change is made within 24 hours prior to the flight up to 1 hour before the flight, a Change Fee of USD 30 plus a fare difference, if any, applies, except if the Ticket is Full Fare, in which case only the fare difference applies. The change should preferably be made to the same Fare purchased in the initial purchase. In case of changes from one type of fare to another (Example: change from Zero Fare to Plus Fare), Passengers must pay the fare difference. In case the change is made from 19 days before the flight and up to 24 hours before the flight, a Change Fee of USD 15 per booking plus a fare difference will apply. If the change is made on the same day of purchase up to 20 days before the date of the flight, the change can be made without penalty and free of charge, except for the charge of the fare difference, if applicable. - For international flights, Passengers may change their ticket with no Change Fee, paying only the fare difference, if applicable.
