Second Annual Leave Sign-Up. During the second leave sign-up go around, clerks will be allowed to sign-up for their remaining earned leave balance for that year, in units of not less than one (1) week, on any remaining slots.
Second Annual Leave Sign-Up. 1. On the second annual leave sign-up, the employee may sign for any amount of annual leave earned during the leave year. Weeks will be awarded by seniority for the time desired on the lists either within any remaining spaces in the choice vacation period or in spaces outside the choice vacation period in units of not less than one (1) week.
