Common use of SECTION 1010 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1010. 6 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8 if the employee does not 7 comply with the requirements of Section 10.9, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 8 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

SECTION 1010. 6 23 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment reemployment, as provided in Section 10.8 10.8, if the employee he/she does not 7 24 comply with the requirements of Section 10.9, or if the employee he/she does not respond to the offer of 8 25 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

SECTION 1010. 6 29 An employee shall will forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8 if the employee does not 7 comply with the 30 requirements of Section 10.9, 10.10 or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 8 or interview for 31 reemployment within fifteen five (155) daysworkdays.

SECTION 1010. 6 21 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8 if the employee does not 7 comply with the requirements of Section 10.9, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 8 22 reemployment within fifteen ten (1510) days.

SECTION 1010. 6 12 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8 if the employee does not 7 13 comply with the requirements of Section 10.9, section 10.9 or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 8 14 reemployment within fifteen (15) daysdays after actual receipt.
