Section 125 Accounts. Employees who meet SAU Qualifications will have access to a Section 125 Account for premium contributions and any other qualified contributions allowed under the Internal Revenue Service up to the maximum allowable limit as currently available thru the SAU. The plans that are offered and the qualifications for accessing those plans are at the discretion of the SAU.
