Section 16.8. No property of the Company is property that the Company or any party to this transaction is or will be required to treat as being owned by another person pursuant to the provisions of Section 168(f)(8) of the Code (as in effect prior to its amendment by the Tax Reform Act of 1986) or is "tax-exempt use property" within the meaning of Section 168 of the Code.

Section 16.8. 35 Years of service (longevity) within Kennewick School District is defined as continuous years of 36 service within the entire District. Section 16.8. 42 The District will provide permissive fringe benefits only for employees who work at least fifteen (15) 43 hours per week and at least three (3) days per week.
Section 16.8. 36 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 37 expenditures.
Section 16.8. 36 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during working hours shall 37 be reimbursed for such travel on a per-mile basis at the District rate.
Section 16.8. None of the Company Assets owned or used by the Company is tax-exempt use property within the meaning of Section 168(h) of the Code.
Section 16.8. None of the Acquired Assets is tax-exempt use property within the meaning of section 168(h) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). None of the Acquired Assets is property that is or will be required to be treated as being owned by another person pursuant to the provisions of section 168(f)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended and in effect immediately prior to the enactment of the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
Section 16.8. The District shall pay for the following: 20 • Food Handlers Permits as required for current employees. 21 • Annual license for the SLPA. 22 • Annual license for the School Nurse.
Section 16.8. 42 The District shall reimburse upon submission of receipt the damage to employee vehicles incurred 43 while an employee is performing District duties, up to five hundred dollars ($500.00). 44
