Section 1(c). For purposes of Section 1(c) of the Agreement, the Transaction with External ID: ______________ shall be the sole Transaction under the Agreement.

Section 1(c). On the day following the effective date of this Agreement a complete seniority list shall be posted in a conspicuous place at all times. Any protest as to the proper seniority date of an employee after his or her hire-in date must be made in writing within thirty (30) days. No protest being filed within this thirty (30) day period, the seniority date as posted shall be considered correct and final.
Section 1(c). All employees in the bargaining unit shall receive a two percent (2.0%) increase effective January 1, 2002. Effective and retroactive to January 1, 2004, all employees in the bargaining unit will receive an increase of two and one half (2.50%) percent added to base salary.
