Section 2. Benefit Eligibility. Effective January 1, 2017, any nurse in the bargaining unit 9 who is authorized to work seventy (70) hours or more per pay period (.875 FTE) shall 10 be considered full-time for the purpose of insurance benefit eligibility. Any nurse in the 11 bargaining unit who is authorized to work forty-eight (48) hours or more but less than 12 seventy 70 hours per pay period (.6 FTE to .875 FTE) shall be considered part-time for 13 the purpose of insurance benefit eligibility. Any nurse in the bargaining unit who is 14 authorized to work less than forty-eight (48) hours per pay period (.6 FTE) shall not be 15 eligible for Hospital-paid monthly premiums for medical, dental and vision benefits.
