Pursuant to Section 2271 002 of the Texas Government Code, Respondent certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract resulting from this Solicitation. If Respondent refuses to make that certification, Respondent shall state here any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification: .
Paragraph (c) of sub‑clause (1) of clause 8 is amended by adding thereto a new paragraph as follows:
Section 3.3 11 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 12 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 13 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 2.2 22 The right to make reasonable rules and regulations shall be considered acknowledged functions of the 23 District.
