Common use of Section 4.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2. 37 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal disciplinary actions of any 38 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Association's views 41 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 40 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal disciplinary actions of any 38 41 employee in the bargaining unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles grievance 42 procedure articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the 44 Association's views 41 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 36 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions action of any 38 37 employee in subject to the unit provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the 38 Discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an 39 observer at hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 40 known the Association's views 41 concerning the case, provided that an observer for the Association may 41 attend such hearings only with the permission of the affected employee.

Section 4.2. 37 28 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions of 29 any 38 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 30 Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 40 31 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Association's ’s views 41 concerning 32 the case.

Section 4.2. 37 3 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions action of any 38 4 employee in subject to the unit provisions of the Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge 5 discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles grievance procedure article contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an 6 observer at hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of that grievance and to 7 make known the Association's ’s views 41 concerning the case, provided that an observer for the 8 Association may attend such hearings only with the permission of the affected employee.

The Association is entitled to, and has a duty to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance 41 fairly represent the employees in this collective bargaining agreement and to make known the Association's 42 Association's/xxxxxxxx’s views 41 concerning the caseissue.

Section 4.2. 37 17 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions of any 38 18 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles 19 contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 40 District 20 official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Association's views 41 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 38 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions of 39 any 38 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles grievance procedure 40 articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 40 41 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Association's views 41 42 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 26 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District and the employee affected of any formal grievances 27 or disciplinary actions of any 38 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge 28 and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at 29 hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance grievances or disciplinary actions and 30 to make known the Association's views 41 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 42 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal disciplinary actions grievances of any 38 employee in the 43 unit in accordance with the provisions of the Discharge and Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained 44 herein.
