Amendments to License Agreement. Licensee acknowledges that the Port may periodically amend the fee schedule or other provisions of this License. Licensee hereby agrees to thirty (30) day written notice of any such changes, which shall automatically amend this License without any other act of the parties. Any amendment shall apply to all such fees set by the Port.
Amendments to License Agreement. BCIT may, at any time and from time to time, revise the terms of this License Agreement and/or the Student Housing Handbook by sending you an email notification of the applicable revision(s) to the email you provided. Any changes to this License Agreement or the Student Housing Handbook will be effective and binding on and from the date set out in BCIT’s notification. If no date is set out in the notification, any changes will be effective one week from the date the notification was sent. Note that BCIT reserves the right to implement changes immediately when, in the opinion of the Assistant Director, Housing or his or her designate, the health or safety of any person may be adversely affected by a delay.
Amendments to License Agreement. (a) As of the date hereof, the license and any other rights granted by IG to ABG in Section 3.1 of the License Agreement shall be converted to a nonexclusive license and, in connection therewith, Section 3.1 of the License Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
3.1 IG hereby grants to ABG a non-exclusive license with the right to grant sublicenses, to practice in the Licensed Field under the IG Patent Rights, the IG Technology and IG’s interest in the Program Patent Rights and Program Inventions to make, have made, use, sell offer for sale and import Nutrigenomics Consumables and Dermagenomic Consumables in the Licensed Territory and in the Licensed Field and to sell Nutrigenomics Tests and Dermagenomics Tests in the Licensed Territory and in the Licensed Field for the term of this Agreement unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms hereof; provided, however that such license does not include the right to perform or sublicense others to perform Dermagenomics Test or Nutrigenomics Tests.”
(b) A new Section 3.2 is hereby added to the License Agreement which shall provide as follows:
Amendments to License Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the License Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in this Paragraph 3:
(a) To clarify the definition of PATENT RIGHTS, the last sentence of Section 1.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety.
(b) To clarify the exclusive nature of the license granted under the License Agreement, the first sentence of Section 2.1 is hereby amended to delete the words “a license” and to replace such words with the words “an exclusive license”.
(c) To amend, clarify and conform certain diligence and reporting obligations:
(i) The first paragraph of Section 2.3(e) is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendments to License Agreement. In accordance with Section 10.9 of the License Agreement:
Amendments to License Agreement. In order to access and use AGO, Public Body shall agree to and comply with any and all amendments to the License Agreement relating to the access or use of AGO. Amendments to the License Agreement can be found on the Oakland County Purchasing Website at the ‘Contract Public Search’ link or provided to the Public Body upon request. County will provide notice to Public Body when it becomes aware of applicable amendments to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
Amendments to License Agreement. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, RDOC and Tigrent shall execute and deliver to the other a First Amendment to Rich Dad Operating Company, LLC License Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
