Section 6.11.4 Sample Clauses

Section 6.11.4. 21 Employees called back on the sixth or seventh consecutive workday shall receive no less than two 22 (2) hour’s pay at the appropriate rate. If asked to stay beyond the normal shift on a regular workday, 23 the employee shall receive no less than one (1) hour’s pay at the appropriate rate.
