Common use of Section 6.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.3. 10 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in this 11 Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of work. A 12 maximum of two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks will be allowed. Shifts in excess of four (4) hours per day 13 shall include, in addition to the above, a non-paid uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty (30) 14 minutes, to be as near the middle of the shift as possible.

Section 6.3. 10 35 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 36 this 11 Article, the employee shall will be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three four (34) hours of 37 work. A 12 Employees working six (6) hours or more per day will receive breaks as defined in Section 6.2. 38 The maximum of two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks will be allowedallowed for each shift. Shifts in excess of Employees working 39 more than four (4) hours per day 13 shall includehours, in addition to the aboveon such shift, a non-paid will be granted an uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty (30) 14 40 minutes, to be as near the middle of the shift as possible.. 41
