Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 9 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 10 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, and Sunday; provided however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.

Section 7.4. 9 39 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 10 40 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday; provided however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.

Section 7.4. 9 2 The workweek work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 10 3 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday; provided however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.

Section 7.4. 9 47 The workweek work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 10 48 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday; provided however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.

Section 7.4. 9 10 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 10 11 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday; provided provided, however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.to

Section 7.4. 9 21 The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by 22 two (2) 10 consecutive days of rest, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday; provided provided, however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 24 days of rest. Provided, further, the above may be waived by mutual consent of the District and the 25 employee involved.
