Common use of Section 8.3. Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Section 8.3. Worked Holidays. 13 Employees who are required to work on the above-described holidays shall receive the pay due them 14 for the holiday, plus their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.

Section 8.3. Worked Holidays. 13 44 Employees who are required to work on the above-above described holidays shall receive the pay due them 14 for 45 the holiday, plus at twice their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.
