Common use of Section 8.3. Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Section 8.3. Worked Holidays. 32 Full-time employees who are required to work on the above-described holidays shall receive time and 33 one-half (1½) their current rate of pay for the time worked plus the appropriate holiday pay.
