Securities Exchange Act Filings. If the board of directors of the Company determines that the Common Stock should be registered under the Exchange Act, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and file a Form 10 Registration Statement within 120 days of the determination by the board of directors. At such time as the Company is required by law to do so, the Company shall file a Form 10 Registration Statement.
