Security and Backup. You are responsible for properly configuring and using the Cloud License and otherwise taking appropriate action to secure, protect and backup Your accounts and Your data in a manner that will provide appropriate security and protection, including the use of encryption to protect Your data and account from unauthorized access.

Company is responsible for taking steps to maintain appropriate security, protection and back-up of the Company Data and Company Equipment, which may include the use of encryption technology to protect the Company Data from unauthorized access and routine archiving of the Company Data.

Security and Backup. 13.1. Åkerströms shall take all reasonable measures to protect and back up data in accordance with the Agreement. However, Åkerströms cannot be held responsible for the loss of data arising from circumstances beyond Åkerströms' reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures of subcontractors, natural disasters, or acts and attacks by third parties.
13.2. In addition to the above, the Customer is responsible for regularly backing up data accessible to the Customer that is of significance to the Customer and stored or processed in connection with the use of the Service.

Security and Backup. 4.3.1 Customer is solely responsible for any systems and infrastructures that are maintained or operated by or on behalf of Customer in connection with use of the Services (“Customer Systems”). Customer shall take appropriate action to secure and protect Customer Systems against viruses or illegal penetration from external sources through networks, which might include use of encryption to protect Customer Content or Account Information from unauthorized access. SDS shall not be responsible for any security breaches related to Customer Systems, unless SDS and Customer have otherwise executed a separate agreement which shall set forth Parties’ liabilities with respect to such security obligations.
4.3.2 It is Customer’s sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of Customer Content to protect Customer Content from being deleted or damaged. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Laws, in no event shall SDS be responsible for deletion, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store of Customer Content.

Log-in credentials and any ACTS360-provided security keys, including Third Party Licensor (as defined below) keys, are for Client’s internal use only, and Client is responsible for keeping them available and secure. Lost security keys will result in permanently lost or inaccessible data, for which ACTS360 and its Third Party Licensors shall have no liability whatsoever.

NAGRA will have no liability of any kind for the deletion, correction, destruction, loss of, or damage to the Customer Content. Customer shall also maintain appropriate security and protection of its computers, laptops and other computing devices accessing the Services. NAGRA shall have no liability whatsoever to Customer or any third-party as a result of (a) any unauthorized disclosure or access to Customer’s account or Customer Content as a result of Customer’s misuse of the Service or loss or theft of any Customer’s password or username; or (ab) any deletion, destruction, damage or loss of Customer Content caused by or at the direction of Customer. Notwithstanding any other right of NAGRA under this Agreement, NAGRA may immediately (upon issuance of prompt written notice setting forth the basis for such action) remove or block access to any Customer Content on the Service (i) that NAGRA believes in good faith violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any of the Acceptable Use Policy; or (ii) pursuant to a subpoena or an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction or government agency.
Security and Backup. LICENSEE is responsible for taking steps to maintain appropriate security, protection and back-up of the LICENSEE’s Data, which may include the use of encryption technology to protect the LICENSEE Data from unauthorized access and routine archiving of the LICENSEE Data. DELTA is not responsible for any back-up of the LICENSEE’s Data in the DELTA-T COCKPIT.
Security and Backup. RAIG TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD is responsible for the data's stored on its server, hence it runs dedicated encrypted server, with weekly mirror back up. this data is secure and it's not share with any third party.
