Security and Fencing Clause Samples
Security and Fencing. Security of the BMX facility shall be the sole responsibility of Licensee. The fence shall be maintained by the Licensee and shall have at least one lockable gate so that entrance to the BMX facility is controlled by Licensee. An authorized representative of Licensee shall be present at all times that the BMX facility is open for practices, activities, or events. The City shall be provided with a key to the gates, but no responsibility is conferred upon the City for ensuring the security and safety of the BMX facility on the Subject Property.
Security and Fencing. Perimeter fencing securing all access to the new ash facility (footprint and AWRD including AWTD) and along the area highlighted for the AWR pump house, topsoil stockpile and other areas as deemed necessary. The security fencing shall be in accordance with the Eskom High Security Mesh Fencing Standard (240-76368574).
Security and Fencing. The common boundary between the Property and 1 Blachley must be adequately secured by a wall, fence or other appropriate barriers.
