Security Awareness and Training Programs. New hires are informed of security policies and the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics at orientation. This mandatory annual security and privacy training is provided to relevant personnel and managed by Talent Development with support from the Security Team. Genesys employees and temporary workers are informed regularly about security and privacy guidelines, procedures, policies and standards through various mediums including new hire on-boarding kits, and awareness campaigns for securing data, devices, and facilities.
