Security Classification Levels. (1) Any Classified Information released under this Agreement shall be marked with the appropriate security classification level in accordance with the national laws or regulations of the Parties.
Security Classification Levels. 1. Classified Information is granted a security classification level in accordance to its content, pursuant to the national law of the originating body. The recipient body shall guarantee at least an equivalent level of protection of the received classified information, according to the provisions of Paragraph 3. 2 The security classification level may be changed or removed only by the authorized body, which has granted it. The recipient body shall be notified in writing of every change or removal of the security classification level of previously received classified information.
Security Classification Levels. Any Classified Information provided, or jointly generated, in written form under this Agreement shall be marked with the appropriate Security Classification Level according to the national laws and regulations of the Originating Party. The Parties agree that their Security Classification Levels shall correspond to one another as follows: For the Republic of Latvia For the United Kingdom SEVIŠĶI SLEPENI UK TOP SECRET SLEPENI UK SECRET KONFIDENCIĀLI No equivalent (see paragraph 3 of this Article) DIENESTA VAJADZĪBĀM (see paragraph 4 of this Article) UK OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE The United Kingdom shall afford Classified Information at the level of KONFIDENCIĀLI the same degree of protection as it would Classified Information at the level of UK SECRET. DIENESTA VAJADZĪBĀM is a protective marking according to Latvian national laws and regulations, but for the purposes of this Agreement is considered and defined as Classified Information. The United Kingdom shall afford such information the same degree of protection as it would for Classified Information at the level of UK OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE. Latvia shall afford UK OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE Classified Information the same degree of protection as it would for DIENESTA VAJADZĪBĀM information.
Security Classification Levels. The originating Participant will assign a security classification level to Classified Information and will mark the Classified Information according to its laws and regulations. The receiving Participant will ensure that Classified Information disclosed by the originating Participant is afforded a level of protection at least equivalent to its national Classified Information of an equivalent security classification level according to Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3. If deemed appropriate, the receiving Participant will ensure that Classified Information disclosed by the originating Participant is marked with a security classification level that, according to Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3, is at least equivalent to the security classification level assigned by the originating Participant.
