Transmission of Files. You acknowledge that a feature of the Software is to facilitate analysis of files and processes (including but not limited to portable executable files or other executable code) that exist on, or are being introduced into your computer systems or networks (“Files”) to identify potential or actual malicious code, malware or other intrusive artifacts or processes therein (“Potentially Malicious Code”). Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that, in certain configurations, to function optimally and for purposes in connection with our support of Software, the Software may transmit Files to servers owned or controlled by us, and we may otherwise analyze or classify Files.
Transmission of Files. The Employer shall collect and provide information about the bargaining unit. The Employer shall transmit files in accordance with the SEIU 775 Dues and Deductions Guidelines and will use the template provide to the Employer by the Union. At the time of the transmission of the bargaining unit roster submitted to the Union, the Employer will verify that the Employer’s records accurately reflect the membership status of each employee listed and endeavor to identify any discrepancies prior to dues report and employee roster submission.
Transmission of Files. Member shall (a) sign and endorse each Check to be deposited as follows “UCCU Mobile Deposit Only”, (b) scan the front and back of each Check to be deposited and thereby capture the image of the front and back of each Check and capture the MICR encoding on, and any other required data from, each Check and (c) transmit the File containing the images of, the MICR line from and all other required data and information from or pertaining to, such Checks and all batched ACH data and other information to UCCU or its Processor in accordance with the Procedures, a copy of which Procedures have either heretofore been, or are herewith, provided to Member by UCCU, and Member acknowledges receipt thereof. Transmission of Files. OCSE and OPRE must at all times through the period of the agreement transmit files through a secure data transfer method approved by OCSE. OPRE submitted initial input files via the Child Support Portal. All remaining files for this research match will be submitted via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), or mutually approved method of transmission, encrypted as approved by OCSE using a FIPS 140-2 compliant solution. The method of transmission may be revised upon written request by OPRE and approval of OCSE. After conducting the information comparison and pseudo-identifying the results, OCSE will encrypt and transmit the information to OPRE using SFTP, as indicated in the paragraph above. The information will then be transferred into an electronic folder limited to users authorized in Appendix D, hereinafter “authorized folder.” The authorized folder is maintained on a server within the ADRF computer network, approved as evidenced by a current federal Authority to Operate (ATO), hereinafter “secure ADRF server.”

Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that, in certain configurations enabled by you, to function optimally and for purposes in connection with our support and maintenance of the Software, the Software may transmit Files to servers owned or controlled by us, and we may otherwise analyze or classify Files.

Related to Transmission of Files

  • Transmission of Data Customer understands that the technical processing and transmission of Customer’s Electronic Communications is fundamentally necessary to use of the Cloud Service. Customer is responsible for securing DSL, cable or another high speed Internet connection and up-to-date “browser” software in order to utilize the Cloud Service. Customer expressly consents to Oracle’s interception and storage of Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data as needed to provide the Services hereunder, and Customer acknowledges and understands that Customer’s Electronic Communications will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by Oracle. Customer further acknowledges and understands that Electronic Communications may be accessed by unauthorized parties when communicated across the Internet, network communications facilities, telephone or other electronic means. Without limiting Oracle’s applicable obligations under the Security or Confidentiality Sections of this Agreement, Oracle is not responsible for any Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned and/or operated by Oracle, including, but not limited to, the Internet and Customer’s local network.

  • Transmission of business Where a business is transmitted from one employer to another, as set out in clause 4.4 - Redundancy, the period of continuous service that the employee had with the transmittor or any prior transmittor is deemed to be service with the transmittee and taken into account when calculating notice of termination. However, an employee shall not be entitled to notice of termination or payment in lieu of notice for any period of continuous service in respect of which notice has already been given or paid for.

  • Information Transmission The Provider, on behalf of itself and its respective Subsidiaries, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide or make available, or cause to be provided or made available, to the Recipient, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement, any Information received or computed by the Provider for the benefit of the Recipient concerning the relevant Service during the Service Period; provided, however, that, except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties (a) the Provider shall not have any obligation to provide, or cause to be provided, Information in any non-standard format, (b) the Provider and its Subsidiaries shall be reimbursed for their reasonable costs in accordance with Section 6.3 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement for creating, gathering, copying, transporting and otherwise providing such Information, and (c) the Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain any such Information in accordance with Section 6.4 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted. This requirement pertains to any type of PHI or PI in motion such as website access, file transfer, and E-Mail.

  • Errors in Transmission By using the Services you accept the risk that an item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission. The Bank bears no liability to you or others for any such intercepted or misdirected items or information disclosed through such errors.

  • Delivery by Facsimile or Electronic Transmission This Agreement and any signed agreement or instrument entered into in connection with this Agreement, and any amendments or waivers hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of a facsimile machine or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original agreement or instrument and shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. No party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument shall raise the use of a facsimile machine or e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file to deliver a signature to this Agreement or any amendment hereto or the fact that any signature or agreement or instrument was transmitted or communicated through the use of a facsimile machine or e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file as a defense to the formation of a contract and each party hereto forever waives any such defense.

  • TRANSMISSION OF SHARES In case of the death of a Member, the survivor or survivors where the deceased was a joint holder, and the legal personal representatives of the deceased where he was a sole holder, shall be the only persons recognised by the Company as having any title to his interest in the shares, but nothing herein contained shall release the estate of any such deceased holder from any liability in respect of any shares which had been held by him solely or jointly with other persons.

  • Electronic Notices If you have agreed to receive notices electronically, we may send you notices electronically and discontinue mailing paper notices to you until you notify us that you wish to reinstate receiving paper notices.

  • Information Submission by Connecting Transmission Owner The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. On a monthly basis Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide Developer and NYISO a status report on the construction and installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, including, but not limited to, the following information: (1) progress to date; (2) a description of the activities since the last report; (3) a description of the action items for the next period; and (4) the delivery status of equipment ordered.

  • Delivery by Electronic Transmission This Agreement and any signed agreement or instrument entered into in connection with this Agreement or contemplated hereby, and any amendments hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of an electronic transmission, including by a facsimile machine or via email, shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original agreement or instrument and shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. At the request of any party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument, each other party hereto or thereto shall re-execute original forms thereof and deliver them to all other parties. No party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument shall raise the use of electronic transmission by a facsimile machine or via email to deliver a signature or the fact that any signature or agreement or instrument was transmitted or communicated through such electronic transmission as a defense to the formation of a contract and each such party forever waives any such defense.
