Security Guards and Vehicles. The DBE shall be responsible for Subcontracting for specialized security guards or vehicles to patrol the Project Site for the protection of the Facilities in a manner that is consistent with WRD’s security program for the entire Water System. The security services hereunder shall be performed by unrelated third- parties and in no event shall the DBE use its own employees for the provision of such services. The DBE shall pay for all costs relating to such third-party specialized security and vehicles and shall be reimbursed therefor by WRD as provided in Section 11.6. WRD may, from time to time during the Term of this Contract, direct the DBE to modify the number of any such security guards or vehicles to conform with changes made by WRD to its Water System security program.

  • Security Guards Uniformed employees of the Company designated as Security Guards, whether full time or part time, who are assigned to a client work site for purposes of providing guard services, including but not limited to, the monitoring of entry and exit; ensuring security and protection of property and building; carrying out standing orders; crowd control; carrying out duties specifically pertaining to the client's contract; enforcing Provincial and Federal statutes; reporting of incidents; public and client relations; and other duties normally associated with security guard services, including strike duties where required.

  • Warranty/Guarantee 14.1.1 Developer shall obtain and preserve for the benefit of the District, manufacturer’s warranties on materials, fixtures, and equipment incorporated into the Work.

  • No Quantity Guarantees The System Agency makes no guarantee of volume or usage of work under this Contract. All Work requested may be on an irregular and as needed basis throughout the Contract term.

  • Contractor and Employee Security Precautions A. The security aspects of working at the Correctional Facility are critical. The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract.   • Security and Validation Procedures The Scheduling Coordinator shall apply to the Meter Data of the Scheduling Coordinator Metered Entities that it represents the security and validation procedures prescribed by the relevant Local Regulatory Authority. If the relevant Local Regulatory Authority has not prescribed any such procedures, the Scheduling Coordinator shall apply the procedures set forth in the CAISO Tariff. Meter Data submitted by a Scheduling Coordinator for Scheduling Coordinator Metered Entities shall conform to these standards unless the CAISO has, at its discretion, exempted the Scheduling Coordinator from these standards.

  • System Security and Data Safeguards When SAP is given access to Licensee’s systems and data, SAP shall comply with Licensee’s reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such data and guard against unauthorized access. In connection with such access, Licensee shall be responsible for providing Consultants with user authorizations and passwords to access its systems and revoking such authorizations and terminating such access, as Licensee deems appropriate from time to time. Licensee shall not grant SAP access to Licensee systems or personal information (of Licensee or any third party) unless such access is essential for the performance of Services under the Agreement. The parties agree that no breach of this provision shall be deemed to have occurred in the event of SAP non-conformance with the aforementioned safeguard but where no personal information has been compromised.
