Security Systems and Programs Sample Clauses

The 'Security Systems and Programs' clause establishes requirements for implementing and maintaining measures to protect information, assets, or premises from unauthorized access, breaches, or other security threats. Typically, this clause obligates a party to deploy appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards, such as surveillance systems, access controls, or cybersecurity protocols, tailored to the sensitivity of the data or property involved. Its core function is to ensure that adequate security standards are upheld, thereby reducing the risk of loss, theft, or compromise and providing assurance to all parties that security obligations are clearly defined and enforceable.
