Selection and Funding. In the administration of the fringe benefit programs, the City shall have the right to select any insurance carrier or other method of providing coverage to fund the benefits included under the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding, provided that the benefits of the employees shall be no less than those in existence as of implementation of this Agreement.

3. The City shall pay all of its portion of the medical insurance premium for any portion of the month worked by a terminating employee regardless of how many days the terminating employee works in their last month of employment.
