Selection Committee Procedures. 13.6.1 When a position has been posted for Instructional Associate and for other positions of Department Head, Assistant Department Head or Coordinator where this method has been chosen, a selection committee shall be formed. All applications will be referred to it. A full job description of the position for which the selection is to be made shall be posted and given to the committee members at the time the committee is struck.
