- Selection of Grievance Representatives. The Union shall have the right to designate four (4) Employees as grievance representatives. They shall be selected in any lawful manner determined by the Union from among those actively employed by the City. The Union shall furnish the Chief of Police with a roster of local officers and grievance representatives and the Union shall promptly inform the Chief of Police in writing of any changes regarding these Union representatives.
