Seller Disclosure Statement. Buyer waives the right to receive a seller disclosure statement (“Form 17”) if required by Chapter 64.06 RCW. However, if Seller would otherwise be required to provide Buyer with a Form 17, and if the answer to any of the questions in the section of the Form 17 entitled “Environmental” would be “yes,” then buyer does not waive the receipt of the “Environmental” section of the Form 17 which shall be provided by Seller.

Seller Disclosure Statement. To the maximum extent permitted by RCW ch. 64.06, Buyer expressly waives its right to receive from Seller a seller disclosure statement (“Seller Disclosure Statement”) and to rescind this Agreement, both as provided for in RCW ch. 64.06. Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that Buyer cannot waive its right to receive the section of the Seller Disclosure Statement entitled “Environmental” (which is contained in Section 6 of the form) if the answer to any of the questions in that section would be “yes.” To the extent Seller has any knowledge of items that would be answered “yes” in Section 6 of the Seller Disclosure Statement, Seller shall provide to Buyer such information at the commencement of the Due Diligence Period, as defined below. Nothing in the Seller Disclosure Statement creates a representation or warranty by the Seller, nor does it create any rights or obligations in the Parties except as set forth in RCW ch. 64.06. Buyer is advised to use its due diligence to inspect the Property as allowed for by this Agreement, and that Seller may not have knowledge of defects that careful inspection might reveal. Xxxxx specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Seller Disclosure Statement is not part of this Agreement, and Seller has no duties to Buyer other than those set forth in this Agreement.

Seller Disclosure Statement. Unless Seller is exempt under RCW 64.06, Seller shall provide to Firm 103 as soon as reasonably practicable a completed and signed "Seller Disclosure Statement" (Form 17 (Residential), 104 Form 17C (Unimproved Residential), or Form 17 Commercial). If Buyer elects to rescind the Agreement, Buyer will deliver written notice of recission to the Seller within the above three (3) business day period, or as otherwise agreed. Upon delivery of a recission statement, Buyer shall be entitled to immediate return of all deposits and other consideration paid to Seller. If Buyer does not deliver a written recission notice, the Real Property Transfer Disclosure Statement will be deemed approved.

Seller Disclosure Statement. Seller shall provide a completed Seller Disclosure Statement 20 (NWMLS Form 17) to Buyer according to Chapter 64.06 RCW even if the transaction is exempt or Buyer 21 elects to waive the right to receive the Seller Disclosure Statement.
Seller Disclosure Statement. The Property constitutes “improved residential property” as defined in RCW 64.06.005. Pursuant to RCW 64.06.020, Seller shall provide to Purchaser the seller disclosure statement required pursuant thereto, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Disclosure Statement”).
