SELLER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SELLER. The Seller represents, warrants and covenants to the Purchaser that each of the representations and warranties made by the Seller pursuant to Section 3.02 of the MLPA are true and correct as of the Additional Transfer Date; provided, however, that any references in the MLPA to Cut-off Date shall be a reference to Subsequent Cut-off Date, that any references in the MLPA to Mortgage Loan shall be a reference to Additional Group 3 Mortgage Loan and that any references in the MLPA to Closing Date shall be a reference to Additional Transfer Date.
