Sending and Receiving Funds. You can send and receive funds by following the directions in the Mobile App. You may only send or receive up to $2,000 per day and $5,000 in any 30 day period using the Person to Person Transfer Service. For security reasons, we may also limit the number of transfers you can make using the Person to Person Transfer Service.

For security reasons, we may also limit the number of transfers you can make using the Send Money P2P Service.
Sending and Receiving Funds. You may initiate a Service Transfer by submitting a request (a “Service Transfer Request”) through our website, our mobile app, or such other channels as we may make available from time to time. When you submit a Service Transfer Request, you will be required to provide Receiver Addressing Information for the Receiver and the Service Transfer Amount. By submitting a Service Transfer Request, you represent and warrant that the Service Transfer complies with these Faster Payment Terms. By submitting a Service Transfer Request, you irrevocably and unconditionally authorize us to deduct the Payment Amount from your account. We may deduct this amount as soon as immediately upon your submission of the Service Transfer Request. The Service is typically available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and state and federal holidays. However, the Faster Payment Services may be unavailable from time to time, including due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. You may not send or receive more than $50,000.00 through the Faster Payment Services in a single transaction and we may establish a lower single transaction limit for you (the “Per- Transaction Send Limit”). We may also establish limits for total daily, weekly, or monthly transactions (the “Total Transaction Send Limit”). We may block any attempted Service Transfer that we suspect to be fraudulent or that exceeds the Per-Transaction Send Limit or Total Transaction Send Limit. We may adjust the Per-Transaction Send Limit or the Total Transaction Send Limit at any time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of such adjustments.

  • Training Fund Employers and/or individuals who manage, operate, assist or own, either partially or wholly, a company or companies working non-union in the construction industry on Mainland Nova Scotia within the craft jurisdiction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 83 shall not be eligible to be appointed to serve, or to continue to serve, as trustees on any trust fund referred to within this Collective Agreement. This provision shall apply to management trustees and union trustees alike.

  • Matching Funds The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Matching Funds shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement. In the event that the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Cost of Project identified in Appendix D, the OPWC shall not be required to increase the maximum amount of the grant provided herein and the Recipient shall increase its Matching Funds to meet such actual Cost of Project.

  • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner.   • Billing and Payment Terms Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Late payments hereunder will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.

  • Billing and Payment; Disputed Amounts 9.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party shall submit to the other Party on a monthly basis in an itemized form, statement(s) of charges incurred by the other Party under this Agreement.

  • Bill Payment Service The Bill Payment Service permits you to use your Internet-enabled device to direct payments from your designated online Bill Pay Account to third parties you wish to pay. Your Pay is the account for which you selected when initiating a Bill Payment. Through the Bill Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Bill Pay Account to: Business Payees any business, merchant, or professional that generates a bill or invoice for products or services provided to you on your behalf and that has an address we can verify; Individual Payees payments made to individuals, family, or friends for non-business purposes. The Initiation is the date you enter Online Banking when setting up a bill payment. You may set up the following types of bill payments: Single Payments a payment to be made to a payee at one time Recurring Payments payments of fixed amounts to a single payee at recurring intervals (e.g., weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually). All payments you make will be deducted from the account that you designate as your Bill Payment Account on the Payment Initiation Date. Any payments you wish to make through this Service must be payable in U.S. Dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payments may be made using the Service from time to time. You should not use the Bill Payment Service to make payments to settle securities purchases, payments to interest bearing accounts, tax payments, or court ordered payments (e.g., alimony or child support payments). Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Pay Account, including overdraft lines of credit, on the scheduled Payment Initiation Date. If your Bill Pay Account does not have sufficient available funds to make a payment; transactions may be approved that overdraw your account. -Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee may be charged to your account for each NSF transaction, whether paid or returned. If your Bill Pay Account does not have sufficient available funds to make a payment, American Community Bank & Trust shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a transfer or payment because there are insufficient available funds in your account to process a transaction. In all cases, you are responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or rescheduling the payment through Online Bill Pay. Transactions may be approved that overdraw your account. Fees may apply. You must schedule the Payment Initiation Date at least five (5) business days before any Payment Due Date (that is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not considering any applicable grace period). If you do not allow enough time, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other action taken by the payee. If the session during which you schedule a payment or transfer ends by 1:00 p.m. American Community Bank & Trust will be considered to have received it on that day. Otherwise, it will be considered received the following business day. For all entries made using the Service, the time is recorded by the Online Banking service controls. The way to cancel or change a payment is use the Bill Payment Service. Payments must be changed or canceled using the Bill Payment Service prior to 1:00 p.m. on the business day the transaction is scheduled to be initiated. If you ask us to cancel a payment after it is issued and we agree to do so, we will charge you a stop payment fee to stop the bill payment. Stop payment orders, whether oral, written, or electronic, will be in effect for a period of six months. If requested by American Community Bank & Trust, you will confirm any stop payment order in writing. After six months, any stop payment will terminate and must be renewed to continue in effect. American Community Bank & Trust may pay any item that is presented following the lapse of any stop payment order. American Community Bank & Trust is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. American Community Bank & Trust will not be liable in any way for delays in mail delivery, for changes to the address or account number (as long as you notify us five days in advance), for the failure of any payee to correctly account for or credit the payment in a timely manner, or for any other circumstances beyond the control of American Community Bank & Trust. BILL PAYMENT GUARANTEE We will reimburse you for any late payment fees or penalties you are charged up to a maximum of $50.00 per scheduled payment, as a result of the failure of a Business Payee to receive a payment made through the Bill Payment Service by the actual due date to the extent that the Bank has not refused the transaction if the Bank reasonably believed such refusal is necessary for security reasons, if you meet each of the following conditions:

  • Billing and Payment The Price will be itemized and included on your xxxx from the DSP, and is due and payable to the DSP on the same day your DSP xxxx is due. You will continue to be billed by your DSP taxes and other charges consistent with filed tariffs at the Illinois Commerce Commission to transmit and distribute the Retail Power supplied to you per this Agreement. You should continue to follow any xxxx payment procedures set forth between you and the DSP. You agree to accept the measurements as determined by the DSP for purposes of accounting for the amount of Retail Power services provided by DES under this Agreement. If the DSP is unable to read your meter, the DSP will estimate your usage and your charges will be calculated accordingly and adjusted on a future xxxx. DES’S ability to supply you under this Agreement is conditioned on the DSP accepting DES’S enrollment of your account for consolidated billing and purchase of receivables by the DSP. If you are not eligible for your DSP’s consolidated billing and purchase of receivables, you will need to secure eligibility with your DSP before DES can serve you. Should the DSP cease providing consolidated billing and purchase of receivables for your account and/or commence billing DES for any charges relating to you, DES will xxxx you directly and you will pay DES for all such charges pursuant to the payment provisions specified in DES’S xxxx.
