Person to Person Transfers. With your Account, you have access to a person to person transfer service (“P to P Transfers”) via the “Friends” feature in the App (“Service”). Use of the Service allows you to send money to other Oxygen members as well as receive money from other Members. You may send money to another Member by providing the intended recipient's email address, or mobile phone number, and the P to P Transfer dollar amount you would like to send. The P to P Transfer will be credited to the Account associated with the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number. Approved P to P Transfers are automatically debited from the sending Member's Account and will be credited to the recipient Member's Account within seconds of the request being made. There is also an option of the “Friends” feature, “OGift,” which allows multiple Oxygen Members to send money to a singular Oxygen Member. When using the Service to send an OGift, the multiple senders will all need to provide approval prior to the request for the P to P Transfer being made. Each sender will also have the ability to edit the P to P Transfer prior to the request being made. In the event that one of the senders edits the proposed P to P Transfer, every other sender will again have to approve the P to P Transfer before the request is considered made. If the OGift is set for a future date and time, the request will be considered made upon the stipulated date and time for all participating senders. There are no fees associated with the use of the Service. However, message and data rates may apply to the use of the mobile device when using the Service.

Person to Person Transfers. If you meet our eligibility criteria and you have activated your Personalized Card, you can use our person to person transfer service to send money to, or receive money from, another person via our Website or Mobile App.

Person to Person Transfers. Person-to-Person (“P2P”) Transfers is a service that allows Consumer customers to send funds from your Deposit Account with us to the deposit account of another recipient (the “P2P Transfer Recipient”). P2P Transfer Recipients must be a Consumer and must also be enrolled in the Service to be eligible to receive a PSP Transfer. P2P Transfers may only be made to a deposit account held in the name of the P2P Transfer Recipient for personal, family or household purposes. When a P2P Transfer is made, the funds are immediately withdrawn and transferred from your Deposit Account and deposited to a deposit account titled in the name of the P2P Transfer Recipient. You agree that when you initiate a request to make a P2P Transfer, you are authorizing us to make the P2P Transfer to the P2P Transfer Recipient and in the amount that you specify in your request. Once you have provided your authorization for the P2P Transfer, you may not be able to cancel it. If you are able to cancel the P2P Transfer, you understand that any credit back to your Deposit Account will not be immediate and may take up to ten (10) Business Days. When you initiate a P2P Transfer, the P2P Transfer Recipient is not required to accept it. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a P2P Transfer Recipient's decision not to accept a payment made through the P2P Transfers service. We will return any unclaimed, refunded or denied payment to your Deposit Account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date you initiate the P2P Transfer. Limits may apply to your P2P Transfer. Please contact a customer service person at 000-000-0000. In no way may it exceed your available balance in your Deposit Account.
Person to Person Transfers. This service allows for transfers from your eligible Eastern CT Savings Bank personal accounts to another customer’s personal account held at Eastern CT Savings Bank. The customer you wish to transfer funds to must provide you with their name as it appears on their account and their account number to authorize the transfer of funds. You are permitted to transfer between the following types of accounts: • Checking account to another ECS customer’s checking account • Checking account to another ECS customer’s statement savings account • Statement savings to another ECS customer’s checking account • Statement savings account to another ECS customer’s statement savings account Any documentation provided to you that indicates that a person-to-person transfer was made, shall be admissible as evidence of such transfer and will effectively constitute prima facie proof that the transfer was made. Business account holders must contact ECS at 000-000-0000 to request this service.

Once you have registered your Account and satisfy our eligibility requirements, you may use our Send Money person-to-person transfer service (“Send Money P2P Service”) to send money to another person. When you use the Send Money P2P Service, you authorize us to act as your agent and attorney-in-fact for the limited purpose of communicating with others regarding your instructions, and processing your transfers.

Sending money does not require you to have a PayPal Account, but the following rules do apply regarding PayPal’s role in processing P2P Payment transactions that use the PayPal network. The following Terms and Conditions apply to our P2P (Person-to-Person) Payments Service.
