Senior First Officer. Senior First Officers Base Salary will be paid at the rate for their corresponding year level, as calculated in Schedule 1. The yearly increment progression for a Senior First Officer shall end at year 18.

Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
Union President The Union President or one (1) designated representative except where noted below, up to two (2) designated representatives shall be granted release time from regular City duties to attend the following meetings: To attend Civil Service Commission meetings when matters affecting the Union are considered. To attend City Council meetings when matters affecting the Union are considered. To attend Federated Retirement Board meetings. Controller The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Company. He shall keep full and accurate accounts of the assets, liabilities, commitments, receipts, disbursements and other financial transactions of the Company; shall cause regular audits of the books and records of account of the Company and supervise the preparation of the Company’s financial statements; and, in general, he shall perform the duties incident to the office of controller of a company (as if the Company were a Delaware corporation) and such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Member or the President or as may be provided by law. If no Controller is elected by the Member, the Treasurer shall perform the duties of the office of controller.
Assistant Treasurer The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.
Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.
Contract Officer For the purposes of this Agreement, the Contract Officer shall be the City Manager, or such other person designated in writing by the City Manager (“Contract Officer”). Unless otherwise specified herein, any approval of City required hereunder shall mean the approval of the Contract Officer. The Contract Officer shall have authority, if specified in writing by the City Manager, to sign all documents on behalf of City required hereunder to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
College President The "College President" is the Chief Executive Officer of the College.
Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member. In the case of the death, disability or absence of the President, a Vice President shall perform and be vested with all the duties and powers of the President until the Member appoints a new President.
President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.
