Base Salaries. The base wages of employees covered herein shall be as set forth in Appendix A.
Base Salaries. Bargaining unit members shall be paid at least the following rate for each semester credit hour taught from the beginning of the first full payroll period beginning in July 2016: Number of Semesters Taught at UA Minimum Rate 6-11 $1,324.50 12 + $1,469.36 Hourly Rate: The hourly rate of bargaining unit members who are paid on an hourly rather than per credit basis will equal at least the minimum per credit rate for their length of service divided by 45. Bargaining unit members who traditionally have been compensated on a basis other than an hourly or per credit basis will continue to be compensated on that basis. Paper graders will be compensated at minimum of $10.75 per paper, or other rate as established by the administrator and the bargaining unit member. Length of service for purposes of salary placement will be identified in the appointment letter. It shall be the responsibility of the bargaining unit member to verify his/her length of service and address any differences with the xxxx/director or hiring authority. Movement of the minimum rate does not require movement of individual bargaining unit member’s rates if such rates are in excess of the minimum rate.
Base Salaries. Base salaries of employees are on a monthly rate and paid on a biweekly basis. In lieu of the biweekly equivalent to the monthly rate, the City Manager may fix the compensation of any position at an hourly rate. In positions for which the work week averages 40 hours, the hourly rate is determined by dividing the biweekly rate by 80.

In year three of the contract (8/1/21-7/31/22), if the College receives a Senate Bill 6 score of 3.0 or above or a CFI score of 1.5 or above for the College’s fiscal year 2021, each member of the bargaining unit who has a step available in Appendix A shall be advanced one step on the salary schedule effective 8/1/21.

In year three of the contract (8/1/24-7/31/25), if the College receives a Senate Bill 6 score of 3.0 or above or a CFI score of 1.5 or above for the College’s fiscal year 2024, each member of the bargaining unit who has a step available in Appendix A shall be advanced one step on the salary schedule effective 8/1/24.
Base Salaries. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the base salaries of new hires, and changes in base salaries of current employees, shall be as provided for in the Employer’s compensation program governing non-bargaining unit employees.
