Senior Housing. The Project is a Senior Citizen Housing Development restricted as to Eligible Occupants as described in this Section (“Units”). The Project shall be subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, 46 U.S.C. 3600 et seq.; the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, California Civil Code Section 51 et seq.; and other state housing laws forbid discrimination based on familial status (together the “prohibitions”). The Project shall be built and operated to comply with the exceptions to the prohibitions for a senior housing project that qualifies as “housing for older persons” under the Federal Fair Housing Act and a Senior Citizen Housing Development under the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act.

Senior Housing. (a) The Mortgaged Property will be used as an independent and assisted living facility (the "Intended Use").

Senior Housing. Owner has elected to operate the Project as a senior housing development and as such to require all dwelling units in the Project except for the managers’ units to be occupied or held available for occupancy by households that include “elderly” or “senior” residents in accordance with applicable law.
