Senior Housing. (a) The Mortgaged Property will be used as an independent and assisted living facility (the "Intended Use").
Senior Housing. Developer and City agree the Senior Housing is a critical component to the proposed Master Plan, as it furthers the city’s Moderate Income Housing Plan and is located in an ideal location near the hospital and Senior Citizen’s Center. Developer has proposed 108 units of 55 + (55 years or older) apartments. Developer may consider partnering with the City in the development of the 55+ Senior apartments through the State Community Driven Housing Program, provided the City qualifies for participating in the program. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to establish rules and enforce rules through an HOA requiring the units to be occupied by seniors 55 years or older.
Senior Housing. New construction or Substantial Rehabilitation in which at least 75% of the total HTC Units are single room occupancy, efficiency, or one-bedroom units are restricted to persons 55 years or older with rents affordable to households whose income does not exceed 30% AMI.
Senior Housing. PROPERTIES TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust ("SNH") and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, SPTIHS PROPERTIES TRUST ("SPTIHS"), HRES1 PROPERTIES TRUST ("HRES1") and HRES2 PROPERTIES TRUST ("HRES2"), each a Maryland real estate investment trust;
Senior Housing i. The Village and County are members of the Drumheller and District Seniors Foundation. The Drumheller and District Seniors Foundation provides housing for seniors within the region and is funded by the member municipalities based on equalized assessment. The Foundation operates as an independent body with representatives from partner municipalities. As such there is no lead municipality.
Senior Housing. The Project Developer intends to provide for ten (10%) percent of rental units at the Project to be available to senior citizens. The Project Developer may elect to include these units in one or more buildings as it deems appropriate taking into consideration the special needs of such residents.
Senior Housing. The Lessee covenants and warrants that the Project shall be built and operated to so as to qualify as “housing for older persons” under the Federal Fair Housing Act and a “Senior Citizen Housing Development” under the Xxxxx Act, California Civil Code Section 51 et seq.
Senior Housing. The Project is a Senior Citizen Housing Development restricted as to Eligible Occupants as described in this Section (“Units”). The Project shall be subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, 46 U.S.C. 3600 et seq.; the Xxxxx Act, California Civil Code Section 51 et seq.; and other state housing laws forbid discrimination based on familial status (together the “prohibitions”). The Project shall be built and operated to comply with the exceptions to the prohibitions for a senior housing project that qualifies as “housing for older persons” under the Federal Fair Housing Act and a Senior Citizen Housing Development under the Xxxxx Act.
Senior Housing. Senior housing shall be provided a minimum 0.60 spaces per Dwelling Unit.
