Senior Rate. The Franchisee shall charge a senior residential collection rate to eligible seniors, as set forth in Exhibit A. The senior residential collection rate shall have an eligibility age of 65 years old, or older, and include the collection of a thirty-two (32) gallon can (without additional yardage) or sixty-four (64) gallon Cart of Solid Waste, but does not include the one addition cubic yard of containerized Waste in the base level of service.

Senior Rate. Effective December 31, 2004 and subject to the following, the Corporation agrees to introduce the new classification of a Senior employee.
Senior Rate. Effective September 1, 2014, there shall be a new category in the salary guide identified as the “Senior Rate”. Following service of one year at Step 9 of the Salary Guide contained in Appendix D, an employee shall move to the Senior Rate on the appropriate anniversary date.

In addition to the foregoing, a late payment charge equal to five percent (5%) of each late payment hereunder may be charged on any payment not received by Bank within ten (10) calendar days after the payment due date therefor, but acceptance of payment of any such charge shall not constitute a waiver of any Event of Default under the Agreement. In no event shall the interest payable under this Addendum and the Agreement at any time exceed the maximum rate permitted by law.
