Seniority and Benefits on Union Leave. Leaves granted under this Section shall not constitute a break in seniority. With respect to any leave of absence granted without pay, the Employer shall continue to pay each representative’s regular wage or salary and shall render an account to the Union for such amount, including the Employer’s contribution on behalf of each such representative for Group Life Insurance coverage, Medical coverage.
