SENIORITY AND FILLING VACANCIES. Section Seniority A Seniority shall be considered as plant seniority and shall be defined as the duration of a regular employee's continuous service for the Company within the bargaining unit as described in Section Recognition, from his last hiring date. The seniority date of the employee will be to Section Probationary Employees. Seniority of employees hired at the same date will be determined by alphabetic order of family name.
