Common use of SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT DEFINED Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT DEFINED. (a) Seniority: For the purpose of this Agreement, "seniority" shall be defined as an employee's total length of continuous service within the employee's classification within a particular department in the Employer's operation.

SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT DEFINED. (a) Seniority: For the purpose of this Agreement, "seniority" shall be defined as an employee's total length of continuous service identified in hours worked within the employee's classification within a particular department in the Employer's operation.

(a1) Seniority: For the purpose of this Agreement, "Agreement “seniority" ” shall be defined as an employee's ’s total length of continuous service within commencing on the date of hire. (2) Annual vacation entitlement will be determined by the employee's classification within a particular department ’s total years of service as provided in the Employer's operation(a) above.
