SENIORITY FOR TEMPORARIES. Seniority for temporaries and casuals shall be defined as the number of hours an employee has worked in temporary or casual positions. Seniority will be back-dated to include all temporary and casual service at the University as of December 29, 1997. This seniority may only be applied as outlined below:
