Common use of Seniority List Preparation Clause in Contracts

Seniority List Preparation. a. The Superintendent shall provide the Association and post in all designated teachers' rooms a seniority list by September 30th of each year of this Agreement. All teachers shall be listed in the impact area reflecting their current assignment, in descending order of seniority. The list shall show each teacher's name; date when the teacher's continuous employment in M.S.A.
