Seniority Lists. (a) A seniority list shall be established for all full-time nurses covered by this Agreement who have completed their probationary period. For information purposes only, the names of all full-time probationary nurses shall be included in the seniority list. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of a date. b. The College shall update the regular faculty member seniority list shall be established annually before November 1, for all full-time nurses covered FTE Service earned up to and including the prior August 31, and the contract faculty member seniority list three (3) times per year, as follows:
i. on or before July 1, for all FTE Service earned up to and including the prior April 30;
ii. on or before November 1, for all FTE Service earned up to and including the prior August 31; and
iii. on or before March 1, for all FTE Service earned up to and including the prior December 31. Requests by this Agreement who have completed their probationary period. For information purposes only, the names of all full-time probationary nurses shall Faculty Association for updated seniority lists outside these dates will not be included in the seniority list. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of a dateunreasonably withheld.
(b) A seniority list shall be established for all regular part-time nurses covered by this Agreement who have completed their probationary period. For information purposes only, the names of all regular part-time probationary nurses shall be included in the seniority list. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of total hours worked.
(c) A seniority list shall be maintained for casual part-time nurses for the purposes of Article 10.07 only. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of total hours worked, and shall be established on the following basis:
i) At hospitals where casual nurses had seniority under the provisions of a Collective Agreement prior to October 23, 1981, such seniority shall continue with accumulation of hours worked since October 23, 1981.
ii) At hospitals where there was no such seniority, the seniority list in 10.02 (c) shall show accumulation of hours worked since October 23, 1981. Articles 10.02(c)(i) and (ii) apply to nurses only.
iii) Subsequently certified Hospitals shall establish dates for the commencement of the accumulation of seniority by local negotiations in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining.

(d) A copy An Employee's full seniority and service shall be retained by the Employee in the event that the Employee is transferred from full-time to part-time or in the event the Employee is transferred from casual to regular part-time or vice-versa. An Employee whose status is changed from full-time to part-time shall receive credit for her or his full seniority and service on the basis of fifteen hundred (1500) working hours for each year of full-time seniority or service. An Employee whose status is changed from part-time to full-time shall receive credit for her or his full seniority and service on the basis of one year of seniority or service for each fifteen hundred (1500) working hours. Any time worked in excess of an equivalent shall be pro-rated at the time of transfer. For the purpose of job posting competitions only, full-time or part-time seniority, once converted to a date, shall not precede the Employee’s date of hire.
(e) Seniority lists shall be prepared twice annually according to the records of the current Employer as of June 30th and December 31st. The seniority list will shall be filed with posted on a bulletin board provided by the Bargaining Unit President of the Local Union, or designate, on request but not more frequently than Employer once every six (6) months at a time prepared. Seniority as posted shall be deemed to be mutually determinedfinal and not subject to complaint unless such complaint is made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of posting. (c) A Nurse who is absent from work for any part of the sixty (60) day posting period shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the Nurse’s return to work to object in writing to the seniority list shall be maintained for casual part-time nurses date. However, until and unless such written objection is received by the Employer, and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the Nurse’s return to work, the posted seniority date for the purposes of Article 10.07 only. iii) Subsequently certified Hospitals shall establish dates for the commencement of the accumulation of seniority by local negotiations in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining.
(d) A copy of the current seniority list will be filed with the Bargaining Unit President of the Local Union, or designate, on request but not more frequently than once every six (6) months at a time to be mutually determined. At the same time, a copy of the seniority list shall also be posted and made available to the nurses on each unit, in a manner and location determined by the local parties. Where available, Hospitals will include the nurses’ work unit on the seniority list.
