Common use of Seniority – Maintained and Accumulated Clause in Contracts

Seniority – Maintained and Accumulated. Seniority shall be maintained and accumulated under the following conditions: A) while in receipt of Worker’s Compensation benefits (wage loss replacement and rehabilitation benefits);
