Seniority of Part Time Employee Who Becomes Full Time Employee. (a) For the purpose of both seniority and service, a part- time employee who is a successful applicant for a position as a full- time employee shall, upon successful completion of the probationary period as a full- time employee, have their part- time seniority converted on the basis of one year equals 1,820 (one thousand eight hundred and twenty) hours. The conversion factor for Building Custodians is 2 ,080 ( two thousand and eighty) hours.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
