Seniority Personal Leave List. Each squad, watch, zone, or section of a division shall establish a seniority personal leave list. Employees in each classification from date of police officer rank will select their personal leave and the employee with the most seniority in classification shall have the right of first personal leave choice. The employee with the next higher seniority in classification will have the next right of choice and so on down the list.
