Service and Request for Waiver of Posting Requirements Sample Clauses

Service and Request for Waiver of Posting Requirements. Pursuant to Rules 602(d) and 2010 (18 C.F.R. §§ 385.602(d) & 2010), PJM has served, either by paper or electronic service, the settlement documents listed in section II above, on all parties listed on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in this proceeding, all PJM members, and all state commissions in the PJM Region. With regard to service on the PJM members and the state commissions, PJM requests waiver of the posting requirements, so as to permit electronic service rather than paper service. Waiver of paper service is consistent with the Commission’s decision to establish electronic service as the default method of service on service lists maintained by the Commission Secretary for Commission proceedings.1 While Order No. 653 did not amend the posting requirements, application of its rules to tariff filings would be consistent with the Commission’s “efforts to reduce the use of paper in compliance with the Government Paperwork Elimination Act.”2 Applying amended section 385.2010(f) to this filing, PJM will post this filing today to the FERC filings section of its internet site, xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/documents/ferc.html, and send an e-mail to all PJM members and all state utility regulatory commissions in the PJM Region3 alerting them that this filing has been made by PJM today and is available by following such link.
